Btw you are getting better and better with these videos .. however, it just irritates me that realtors nowadays almost exclusively make the pitch to out of staters and foreigners … that’s cause right now more than half of the population in the Orlando area can’t afford to buy properties above $400,000… and new construction companies are not building to that market.. they are building to sell to upper-middle and high income buyers, which are out-of-state and foreign investors mostly now
Really nice house located in a low-middle income neighborhood..the kitchen is rather small. It’s a shame Orlando’s real estate market is saturated & overpriced.. that’s why you always make sure to promote your properties to out of staters & foreigners , right?
Beautiful home, however, you did not show the pantry or any other storage/linen area. You also the floor is vinyl and you also mentioned the floor are ceramic tiles, which is it? The primary bathroom is a bit small for the price. No covered lanai is also a negative for the price. You can find a home similar for less with more to offer in other areas for a lot less.
