If you have a iPhone> settings> accessibility> touch> Haptic Touch/3D Haptic Touch>whatever one your on click the opposite one.

Hi my cousin was having this same issue. Apple just released iOS 16.0.2 which says "Addresses an issue where touch input was unresponsive on some iPhone X, iPhone XR and iPhone 11 displays after being serviced". Is your phone still having this trouble after updating to 16.0.2?
