The Harlan Sharp roller rockers I ran on the solid lifter cam in my 428cj were pretty much indestructible. I did run them hot at less than fifteen thousandeths. All FE big blocks are shaft mounted rockers with a really stout shaft. A friend of mine ran a roller in his 427 tunnel port FE and kept breaking his until he went to Dove Manufacturing rockers which were just copies of the Harlan Sharp roller rockers. If you don't break stuff sometimes you're not trying hard enough. Great content guys. Go fast and be safe. God bless you and your family and friends.

This is the exact reason I bought crower stainless shaft rockers for my street driven big block. The aluminum ones don't hold up.
