Dang dude, way to casually drop the best explanation of parallax I've ever heard.
Brooo i was trying to do the bounce thing the other day…Thx! ❤
Great tutorial. Thanks.
Impressive
In the first effect, i wonder if it would be possible to copy a spline curve to a different effect. so that you have the same timing and intensity you set in the position but apply it to rotation or whatever. that way you wouldnt have to rebuild a new curve for each effect. a tutorial on some time saving fusion tactics would be nice!
Possibly, I'll play around with it some and see if its worth a tutorial!
Awesome video! Tutorial request:
Can you make tutorial how to replace Burj Khalifa screen? :D I think it require some thin lines in fusion and somehow insert own video to those lines which represents of those Burj Khalifas ”LCD?” lines in the wall, so the building itself is visible between those thin screen lines. If somehow you can do tutorial, that would be niiiiice!
How to save those nodes...
Also, the last animation, how you do bounce each letter seperately, which parameter you add keyframe to..
Can you make a tutorial about continued motion of camera 3D for smooth movements like magnatesmedia's videos, i can’t figure out how to move camera 3D in fusion like he did in After Effect 🎉❤
Why do I have a feeling that you can right click somewhere and drive the keyframes by another parameter and make it automatically bounce and stuff?
You sure the only way it's to do it manually? Or was in AE back in the days?
There are ways to do it using the AnimCurves modifier which I might make a video on. It is less customizable if you want to change the intensity/amount of the bounces
Ah yes AnimCurves. I'll have a look at it. I'd definitely watch a video on it, or maybe a video on subtools like that.@@JakeWipp
I love It! But in the last one, how do I make the letters bounce separately, just as you showed in 7:24?
I used WippText to build that effect but you can do the same thing using the Follower Modifier. I have a tutorial on that as well!
What vfx site you use?
I typically use ProductionCrate to get VFX stuff.
Dang man this is too much of a hustle, can't wait for ai to make animation easier
You sound like my mom who thinks she can animate after downloading an app 😂😂😂❤
How about EditorCollection? 😂
@@Crimsonland1 nah, I've made a 3 minute animation using Davinci Resolve. It took me more than a week
@@JakeWipp do you want to hear an honest answer?
followed your instructions explicitly - Fusion sucks! I can do this in After Effects perfectly and put the bounce exactly where I want it. Fusion sucks out the ass when it comes to graphics!
Based on this comment and the other comments you leave on my videos, I would suggest to just use After Effects then. If Fusion doesn't work for you that's totally fine, no one is forcing you to use it.
