Khushboo has acted in over 100 films opposite leading actors Kamal Hassan, Rajnikanth, Venkatesh, Nagarjuna, Ravichandran, Mammootty, Mohanlal, Suresh Gopi, Sathyaraj, and Prabhu. She is known for her TV show Jackpot and her serials Kalki, Janani and Kungumam. She is married to actor/director Sundar C. She joined the DMK in 2010 but quit DMK on 16 June 2014. Khushboo joined Indian National Congress on 26 November 2014.
