I have no math skills, so I can only take this all faith. But I believe the arrow of time is a function of consciousness making memories. Without the ability to form memories, there is no perception of the passage of time. I see irony that making memories is a process that increase entropy locally (in the brain) while the perception of the arrow of time leaves to the conclusion of that entropy always decreases in the world. And it is a temporary condition that stop at death but other continue the arrow of time and the local increase of entropy with the original observer joins the decease in the process of death.
