Hey - the soles are 3.5cm tall, while my pair of AF1s are 4cm tall. So they're slightly less tall although you could probably add a thicker insole to add more height
Hey - I dont own AF1s but I have worn them before. The A-Dice definitely fit true to size, and whilst the AF1s are technically true to size too, they do feel a bit wider (which is probably why AF1s fit you perfectly). Axel Arigato dont sell a US 9.5, so I think you're best off going for a size 10 to accomodate your wider foot. Your only other options would be a 10.5 (which would probably be too long), and a 9 (which probably wouldn't give you enough width). Hope that makes sense!

How is the sizing? I'm a US 12.5 but they only have US 12 or US 13 available. Tough choice.
I’d go with the 12, unless you have wide feet (in which case I’d go 13)

Yes they are both listed as True to Size on the website, so I think they would fit the same

True to size - recommend going with your normal size, or maybe half-size down if you want a tighter fit

The website says the women’s runs small, so consider sizing up if you want a more spacious fit :)
