I wrote a written pattern for this, with some variation. Finished project looks the same, but this doesn't do the slst+chain at the end of each row. I found that too confusing.

Cabeza 1h: anillo mágico 6 puntos bajos, punto deslizado para cerrar la hilera. 2h: 1 cadeneta, 1 aumento en cada punto (12 puntos) punto deslizado. 3h: cad,[ pto bajo, 1 aumento]hasta completar la h, pto desliz. you can glue it, the speculum is glued in the middle of row 10-11, the eyes are glued in row 9, the 2 eyes are 4 stitches apart, the beak is between them. Use pink yarn to sew blush
