Really why was the Tahoe bought with a lease with a interest rate resulting with a $55,000 interest liability. If approved by the Trustees should have a far lessor rate of interest. Misappropriation of public funds. This vehicle should have had a bids and should have been in the Village's budget and properly approved by the Board of Trustees.
