I just uncovered some issues within my tissues that I have finally come to the point where I can deal with them. Thank you for this... but I am from Ukraine and this war is breaking my heart. I am currently in Sri Lanka because I am upset at BOTH America, Europe, & Russia... for this conflict... I often wish I can do more to end it... but I just keep chanting Krsna and Shiva mantras wherever I go... including when I was in Ukraine from Septmeber to January... even though there were Sirens going on... sometimes rockets would come where I was. Its just heartbreaking. I cannot believe this is happening to my birth country... how can we help end this? How can I help end this????
