@jul4runner lol. I put K02's on my wife's 5th gen when we first got it in 2017. They're still on there with plenty of tread. They last forever.......but boy do they suck. I'll never get those tires again. She works from home so I haven't felt the need to swap them but they're overdue (time wise). I have the Yokohama G003 on my 3rd gen and love them. What tires you running now?

@@jul4runner that’s how I used my Tundra. Take it out get it stuck save up for an up grade. Take it back out get it stuck again and repeat till the truck rarely gets stuck. 😂 takes me a decade to get a vehicle set up cause everything is so darn expensive.

You can get 2022 sr5 4 x 4 for 42k cash that’s what I got mine for I promise you the trd stuff is just badging to me I had Tacoma trd off road I used 4lo more than anything yoh fine with basic 4 x 4 if you’re smart with your mods (tires that’s it)

Smart man. Drop 10-20k and make a beast with less silly electronics, no cheap skid plates, and no mass produced fox shocks. Getting an SR5 and building it up was the best decision i ever made
That being said crawl control is cool and pretty damn useful but so is getting skinny on the pedal and using a recovery board. Obviously you have to get out and risk smacking your underside tho.
Don't really need all that stuff like crawl control. I feel like it takes away the heart of off roading. I got myself an sr5 and loving every bit of it

You have the single most capable truck go first. The one that you KNOW will not have an issue with it. Then, if anyone after has an issue, you can pull using the most capable truck in the party.
I'm back here for the 5th time I think....I now realized that was supposed to have a "snorkel" installed on his 4runner otherwise the engine and transmission would of stalled and suffer damages.he really took a huge risk.
No matter how powerful any vehicle is, it cannot cross deep waters, force of water will wash away the vehicle. Only sometimes if waterforce is less and depth is less, it may be possible to cross the river

Nope .. had a trd pro tundra nothing but problems, tire wear , body fitment, cabin rattles, traded it in after 7k to get another 4 runner
