Nigella’s Cosmo Cocktail Sausages

One of Nigella’s favourite party-food recipes, these Cosmo cocktail sausages are guaranteed to be a big hit at this year’s Christmas party (or any party, for that matter). Prepared in a Cosmopolitan cocktail-inspired marinade, these cooked sausages are a deliciously sticky and moreish Christmas canapé.
TOP TIP: the vodka in the marinade is optional.
