Usually ASMR helps me relax and with my medical condition it is a huge help when I'm trying to get to sleep... but I don't get "real tingles" just from watching these videos very often. I don't want this to sound dirty but for me it's easier to get real tingles if there's a tactile component as well as audio/visual. For instance some artists make videos of back-tracing and shoulder rubs... that's cool but I get tingles from GETTING back tracing much more easily than from just watching it. But the combination of mic scratching and purring got me tonight. Partly because I wasn't expecting the purring... I mean only a crazy person would EXPECT that LOL.

If you're gonna try ASMR, she is NOT the person to watch first. My first recommendation would be Jojo ASMR on YT and CopyKat_ on Twitch. Both are actually talented creators who love what they do and have the best personalities.
