I understand, but the way I see it, if it does start to go bad, I would just stop where I was and reflect on the good stuff that came before. It is just comics at the end of the day.
Marco's art is stellar. Punisher didn't appear much when he drew Daredevil, but at least he drew one of the best scenes between Castle and Murdock in recent history.
Regarding at what's stake and the status quo of the universe I'm gonna ask if you actually read Ultimate Invasion and Ultimate Universe since those 5 issues explains what are potential the storylines down the line for this comic as well as Black Panther and X Men
I was actually referring to the stakes and status quo of Peter personally then the greater storyline at hand. I'm sure those other books do give a greater explanation on what's at stake, but I'm more personally interested with Peter and his life.
Well that's the inherent risk to any new series, right? It'll suck if the story goes downhill too soon, but I do want to at least experience what the book is trying to do with this unique version of Peter.
I’m not going to hold my breath. Been down the “it starts off good” rabbit hole to many times.

Huh, they got the best Punisher artist in this. Might pick it up.

@@hacjacshowactually Marco used to draw Punisher in Greg Pak's run in 2011 which btw it looks good considering that was during early in his career

It's a good start but I've been burned before.

@@hacjacshow Though it's nice that Pete finally stop dozing through life..and damn it, if the Goblin's identity ain't telegraphed.
