The Lindwurm kinda looks like the Zeta is in middle of it's metamorphosis into the Double Zeta. The thick legs, the broad shoulders, the legs and upper body being separate units during flight mode. The one thing unique to the Lindwurm is the Bawoo backpack.
Thats because the Lindwurm is a custom build of the Bawoo which is supposedly a neo zeons attempt at making their own Zeta gundam and it has a lot of similar parts with its only flaw that it separates during its flight form, so yeah if you turn a bawoo into a gundam you get a pretty much slightly weirder zeta gundam
As someone who was lucky enough to get my hands on a Bawoo-it’s a rock solid kit! The Lindwurm does seem to have a few upgrades/updates that make it even better.
I’m looking forward to getting mine from my P-Bandai preorder!
the mark 3 and the dijeh are incredible honestly. the dijeh is one of my favorite 1/100 kits.
Was also about to ask if he built the MK III. I like mine a lot. Still gotta grab the dijeh though
Considering how often Bandai reprints them... They're becoming more rare than a P Bandai like this.
Pretty much RE-100 kits of human-proportioned MSs are good in general. Yes, including Vigna Ghina. Vigna's drawback is mainly the design, not the kit itself.
MK III was the easiest kit I built....2 hours fully painted.
I love the Mk 3. If the Dijeh is on par with it that's next on my shopping list with the rebawoo!
I haven't built that much MGs but I did have that concern regarding how the hands held the weapons. The weapons connect to the fingers instead of the hands, which depending on the weight would not work. Glad to see that the weapons on this RE connect to the actual palm instead of on the fingers.

Really wish they would bring back the RE/100 line. I know there definitely some stinkers on the list but the concept behind it was cool. Really enjoyed building both the Zaku II Kai and the Gun EZ and I'm sitting on the Jagd Doga, which I know has problems but having a 1/100th scale version is nice. Would build more if they weren't so hard to find now.
Same. Even though kits like the Hamma Hamma have some issues out of the box, the fact that a kit exists of it in 1/100 is fantastic. Would love to have seen some more RE100 beasts
bring back as in reprints or more entries? full mechanics are basically re100 in spirit and they are pretty solid right now.

@@Jaynesslessly i mean we need reprints of a lot of stuff. I will look into Full Mechanics kits more as they branch out but I'm not super into IBO or Seed stuff so they haven't really caught my interest personally. If they do more non-Gundam kits past the Kenbu, I think that would be cool too.
Mine gets here tomorrow! I can't wait for it. I love how this one looks. I still wish there was more red on it to increase the Zeta imagery.

I've always hated the lower legs of the zeta, but the head is the coolest gundam head ever made.
Its one of the most recognizable gundam heads by far
The guy design the L gaim mech too. Out off the 3 early main gundams I like zeta the most.

it is a Build Divers design that would pass as an actual U.C. unit in a similar vein to how the Doven Wolf is related to the Gundam Mk-V.

Reminds me a lot of how many of the Heavy Metals store their sabers. Especially the L.Gaim Mk I and II.
if I remember correctly, the quad wing and Sinanju from Unicorn also store their beam sabers like that. (it's under the "sleeves")
Watching this video while building my Lindwurm. I can say I have so much enjoyment building it.
This think perfected the zeta Gundam design which was already perfect... No words this ms has god s blessing
If I remember the other kit with those dual type stickers is the lightning Strike. And I 100% agree they should be standardized
I can imagine the Gundam grabbing its enemy's face, then suddenly activating the beam saber from underneath. Hopefully, the foil stickers will be replaced by the jewel stickers in most Bandai kits. But they're probably more expensive to produce? Not that I care about the slight price increase. They'll probably work well with those kits with tons of lights in their body. Like that SD Verde Buster cop.

I love both Zeta & Bawoo, I do hope Bandai will have MG ver of Bawoo & Lindwurm as well in future. They deserve better detail.

An awesome gunpla that plays out a what if scenario that is, What if the BaWoo was captured by A.E.U.G and turn into a test bed mobile suit for future zeta gundam mass production types instead of the Re-GZ being developed.
In the past they have 1/100 hg. Just after they introduced 1/144 hguc, hg seems to exclusively refer to 1/144 .
For brand recognition they have to create re 100 as well as RG, to have more distinguish between them with mg and hguc . (Can't remember the scale of entry grade .....)

I have the Bawoo kit cos i got it in GBO2 and it's a great kit.
Might pick up this kit if i can afford it.
the missile clips for the wings on mine are so loose for some reason so i just glued them. the feet also tend to separate when trying to pose, might need to glue those as well

another uc MS that did store beam saber on innerside of the arm - todesritter, understandable as it is basically pale rider space type with part from bawoo

Not the hugest fan of how this looks transformed. But as an owner of the HG Bawoo, a kit with a design i loved, i really want the re/100 version, as it makes massive improvements.

How do you get the kit to stand up? Mine keeps falling off due to back heavy and I think it is simply because of the design of its leg itself 4:30 where it doesn't have a internal support for the leg , any suggestions?
