hello , I initially said that the food was inedible , so continuing to watch the video you touched me , you're really a good person , a simple person , I am a fan of small boats and are purely an Italian chef well known enough , I like to see everyday life inside a boat .
I'm about the same age just started sailing after only looking out for the family for 42 years. Looking forward to some time out at anchor so this cooking demo was very helpful
UA-cam recommendations are giving me ideas of what I am about to do with my life after I got divorced.... And I'm not even married yet....... Still great video! I subscribed.
Hey! Greetings from PuertoRico!! I love sailing, cooking and eating too. 😂 So by law I'm going to go ahead and try this lol probably I'll even make a video.
Simon, where have you gone? Haven't seen you on UA-cam latley? Hope you are well and sailing. Look forward to seeing you back with your excellent sailing videos.
hi Simon, i am new to pressure cookers and now live on my yacht. i think i am burning mine by cooking too long and not using an insert like you are. i am using way too much water. Thanks for the tipps. love your channel. i am on the cbd pylons for a while.
Yeh and put the presure time bomb staight inside the boat to blow the cabin😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅...i like the guy.... i lovr to go on diet with steak with cream sauce 😆😆😆😆😆
Hi I'm new here and just subbed to your channel and i like it much ,I've got a small 25' O'day that I sail on the Atlantic and i wonder what kind you're sailing there .
I have tasted some of Simon's cooking, from his pressure cooker, and it is awesome. I haven't tried the BBQ sauce though, Simon. Garry PS: Was that Nicole sailing one of the skiffs past the Marina today? (Sat 9/9/17)
my first trip to Hawaii, i didn't have a water maker and i packed way to much beer,i think i almost died, i was so dehydrated when i got there i was holusanating,,i was seeing sharks ,having nightmares ,im glade i dont drink anymore.
Hi, Simon. This a long time after you made your video but I cooked up steaks for the Wife an I and we tried your horseradish sauce except we used Newman's horseradish. It was delicious and my wife raved about it. We will make it a regular thing from now on.
So let me get this straight. You're pre-diabetic and you think lifestyle change is cooking steak and cream sauce on a boat. And we mock US intelligence!
+second chance sailing No thanks I think the weather is better over here the sea is blue and I don have to pay mooring fees every time I drop my pick. The trouble is it is a long way between pubs as for castle Austalia has Pippie Cockle shell mounds maybe alot old than you castles where some aboriginal been cooking for thousands of years until white men introduced tin food ! Safe cruising, Simon

if this vid doesnt make a guy want to buy a boat and enjoy fine meals on the sea ....
Excellent. I would have added the vegetables to the fry pan and ate directly from the pan.
Natalya, Great idea! What about the non stick !
Smart cooking.
Just goes to show that you don't need a full galley to make a good meal. Thanks for posting.

You mentioned a couple times "stuck behind a bummy". What is a bummy?
Bommy Australian slang for a large coral head
I have had over 10,000 views: I have not had one viewer that has tried my steak sauce and commented on it !
Tried it on a good piece of rump! But it didn't have the sea flavour:(
If you sail by and invite me to dinner I'd be happy to try it and give you my opinion. ;)
Well done mate. You made me hungry. I'll be trying your Horse Radish Cream sauce on my next steak.
Hi, Simon. This a long time after you made your video but I cooked up steaks for the Wife an I and we tried your horseradish sauce except we used Newman's horseradish. It was delicious and my wife raved about it. We will make it a regular thing from now on.
