Because of Track Replacement, 2 trains were not running between Chambers Street and Flatbush Avenue

Because of Structural Maintenance, Woodlawn bound 4 trains skipped 138th Street-Grand Concourse, 161st Street-Yankee Stadium, 167th Street, 170th Street, Mount Eden Avenue and 176th Street
For 138th Street-Grand Concourse, take the 5 instead. Transfer between trains at 149th Street-Grand Concourse or 125th Street.
For service to 161th Street-Yankee Stadium, 167th Street, 170th Street, Mount Eden Avenue and 176th Street, take the 4 to Burnside Avenue and transfer to a New Lots Avenue bound 4.
For service from these stations, take the 4 to 149th Street-Grand Concourse and transfer to a Woodlawn bound 4.
