Ibn the position 6:51 it seems to be a winning position, because of b3, black move the knight and white takes on d6 with the rook.
You could try to study the scandinavian with Qxd5, because you get an open and tactical position, here I give you an example of how the opening can go: scandinavian 1.e4 d5 2.exd5 Qxd5 3.Nc3 Qa5 4.d4 Nf6 5.Nf3 Nc6 6.Bb2 Bg4 7. 0-0 0-0-0 8.h3 e5. When and if you do this you have another surprise for your oponent and you can think on the opponents time.

Oof. I appreciate not having the eval bar because I think about the game a lot more. But I really wanted to know… the game went from ~+6 to -.2 with the rook c3.

I think maybe you should take a flap jack and some dexterose tablets with you, they can help with dips of energy like this. I think you both did amazing in this game, great attacking and he defended like his life depended on it, he won't be forgetting this game in a hurry haha He will be saying I hope I don't play her again 🤣
