its actually a bit of a tough one. those floor ibeam supports all are too bad too....I dont think I would try replacing the edges The whole things need to go. Which means you need to replace all the cable tubes. You can buy them in similar sizes from the metal supply rather than buying the reproduction ones. the stuff that is also hard is the fender wells on the rear. B pillar up that far is an issue to replace as well. both seat stands front floors. before you cut out too much Be sure to brace. all that will be left is the frame rails. on the bottom. Use Rust converter on the metal once you clean it. Just as good as sand blasting. Honestly you can take a look at my channel and see videos of about everything you need to do. But you might want to butt weld instead of how I did it. all up to you and how much time you want to spend and how you want to finish it.
the 8 mm throttle and heater tubes you can buy in a roll of 5/16 brake line from the auto supply or amazon. If Canada does not restrict your amazon purchases. Comes Zinc coated so you dont need to grind it (basically weld through primer.)

Wow that looked like my 13 window bus when I picked up on a project didn't know where to start but I started in the middle and worked my way to the front. Enjoy it Glen you'll have alot of fun taking everything out.
It amazes me that there are people that can look at something like this and see that it can be salvaged! I have NO earthly clue ..... Can't wait to see how this goes. Blessings!
Save that broken window an you can get that sticker re-created an put back in same spot on new window . Be a nice touch to do that when it on the rd again .
You need to finish this project because right now I’m living vicariously through you! I do not have any space in my one car garage for such an undertaking and believe me when I say it really sucks. Had to turn down a 65 bus in slightly better condition back in December. Someday.....

It looks bad but iv seen worse repaired theres a lot of good metal left there it aint a bad resto project most of it would be undoing the bodged bits /old repairs kool kontent mate im deffo subscribein 🤘

That's a super cool bus. All the rust looks like it's all easy stuff that you can get replacement panels for. It looks like a fairly solid bus.

Mike is the guy to listen to on these restorations. He’s been through Hell and back and has done a great job! A wealth of knowledge and ability!
