HOW THE NARCISSIST CONTINUES TO SPIRAL DOWNWARD

How the narcissist continues to spiral downward. The narcissist is not living their best life, even though it may appear that way. The narcissist has blown up so many relationships in the past, that many of these will haunt the narcissist for the rest of their days. The narcissist is a coward and a bully. The narcissist will always go onto the next new shiny object to the next new opportunity or relationship that they believe will benefit them. Many times the narcissist goes onto a new supply and that new supply is not who they claim to be. You see everything isn’t always as it appears to be with a narcissist and specifically in any narcissistic relationship. On the exterior things appear to be going really well, but on the inside of all these relationships, there’s nothing but toxicity manipulation..destruction, gaslighting, stonewalling, rage fits..verbal abuse, financial abuse, spiritual abuse…triangulation, walking on eggshells…the silent treatment and more. Once you identify that person is a narcissist or a toxic person the path is to remove yourself from communication with them… if not now when. Sending strength and courage.
