all of these shenanigans works on dolphin,. Action replay linke suppose to be in description of whatever you need. of course in this video there is like over 30 codes on to make all of this happen.

@@killerjunior777 does it work with mario kart patcher? I'm not sure where to edit or place the codes otherwise

@@auzzpanda3497 no. the codes are action replay, its not for the mario kart patcher. patcher is only for custom tracks, characters models and vehicles.
on dolphin. you right clic the mario kart double dash and go to properties. then go to the tab of "AR Codes". then clic on the add button down to insert a action replay code, name the titles, copy paste the code you get on the internet then add it into the game. just mark it up so it works.
