So much to love in this video! I agree with the person about the milk glass. I think they would make really nice bud vases. Congratulations on your grandbaby! I know she must have looked so cute in her dedication dress. That was a Godwink moment! I had made a christening gown, bonnet and shoes for a friend of mine when she had her baby. She gave it back to me to use for my baby when she was dedicated. I was so very touched! Love you!

We found Grandma's postcard collection, including cards to her parents. I have considered decorative paper on the back of my china cabinet. Maybe I will enlarge some postcards to use instead. Thanks for the idea!
I bought rice paper and copied what I wanted to decoupage on my printer onto the rice paper. I still have the originals and the rice paper makes excellent decoupage paper.
The cast iron holder was for a ceramic pair of oil and vinegar bottles. I had that exact set. I donated mine to our Goodwill, and they sold the bottles separate from the holder. Maybe the holder went to your Alabama Goodwill from ours in Illinois!! 😆 🤣 😂
I love the canvas decoupage piece! The handcrafted chair had a cane back and seat. I would have purchased it and recaned it. Love your projects and talents!

Wow! Your Goodwill store looks like a TJ Maxx! Ours is only 2 yrs old and don’t look that nice, maybe it’s the boutique store prices they charge that makes you “feel” like you’re in one. 😂 The mannequin project turned out very nice. All your projects usually do. I have a mannequin that I covered with sewing pattern tissue. I love how they just look “right” together.
You made some gorgeous pieces but the roses in the glass jar piece has my heart. You never disappoint with your beautiful work. I’m jealous, your good will store is very nice, well stocked and clean. Ours is not plus the other ones in surrounding areas aren’t that great. My problem is these are supposed to be there to help others and if they keep going up in prices, the really poor won’t be able to buy what they need in clothing etc. God bless in this new week and new Month.😊❤
Hey Teresa, I loved your mannequin project. I started sewing when I was 8 yrs old and have always loved mannequins and patterns. Actually, I bought a few patterns at an antique store recently to use in an upcoming project. There is a thrift store about 30 minutes from my home and so much cheaper than GW so you know that’s my favorite place to go. Hope you have a fabulous week 💕

Your goodwill is a lot nicer than the one we have in our area. It used to be nice but they hardly have any home decor or decorations. It's most women's clothes.

Where did you get the green paint brush you’re using for the decoupage on the white picture that you added the dress form cutouts to? This was a lovely video. I like seeing what your goodwill has because mine does not. And the prices on the cool things are just too high. I stopped going in it a while back just because the prices are ridiculous. Most of the thrift stores in our area have just gone nuts. Sad for us thrift shoppers looking for deals.
