  • New Project M pop-up tent shakedown trip, middle of June 2024. Time to drive and try the new setup! This trip was unusually cool and rainy for this time of year, highs were in the 50's and 60's with lows in the 20's and 30's. Looking for pavement and then Silver City, Idaho! This drive covers the Succor Creek Highway from the Succor Creek Natural Recreation area to Highway 95. These videos are made in real time and not sped up or edited in any way, what I see is what you get. Please enjoy, subscribe, like, and comment :)

Beautiful scenery and definitely cooler in your area than in Los Angeles where I am. I believe it was 80 or in the 80's today. At least it's not like Palm Springs down here in the 100 teens lol. I believe the day before yesterday was 124 degrees Fahrenheit out there.

Wow, that is hot. We used to go to Santa Monica and LA a lot, very fun but I don't miss the traffic!

So pretty looking out there! Be thankful you got to go out there when the weather was mild! Probably 100° out there today

True, the trip got really cold and didn't quite work out the way I had hoped but it was still fun :) I probably won't go back until this fall now.

We did that last year, it was amazing, I have a video of it. I just discovered that it can be reached from a different hike using Dingford Road in the Middle Fork area. I might be wrong on that road name, it is the unpaved road just past the bridge by the Middle Fork trailhead.
