They can't stop them from filming CTA trains on public property. Show them the photo and video policy.

I understand that CTA security guards are just doing their job but to tell you that you can't film there is not right as long as your not walking to the non public areas where the buses are coming out at then you're good in the public areas. Them security guards would ignored bums and ghetto people doing crazy stuffs but bothering a transit enthusiast who is not a threat at all.
