i am 183, bought 32-32 UTP pants. They are good, but without wiggle room. If u put stuff in my cargo pockets they feel really slim. If i wear nothing in my pockets they are just ideal. wear them without belt.
Helikon UTP RipStop here for 2 years I think. Now my wife has it. They are indestructible except for one little hole in my left pocket, but I'm wearing it almost daily. Washer-dried once a week. I think they had a deal with Samsung, cause in front velcro pouches S10e fits perfectly ;)
The right thing! I also always use equipment with many pockets. This allows you to store all the necessary tools with you. But when we go to mountains, we have to change into lighter clothes and put everything in our backpack!
That's right ! I hate having a tons of stuff in my pockets ! They actually have the Outdoor Tactical Pants, which have the same design but in a much more lightweight and elastic fabric ! This sounds very interesting hehehe
I bought a pair of these shorts and pants 3 months ago and love them. I am 5'10'' and weigh 205lbs right now and the 36'' fit perfect. I like them so much I'm ordering 2 more pairs of shorts in shadow gray and taiga green. My weight fluctuates from 185 to 205 from summer to winter and the Velcro fastener is very nice for small adjustments. The number of pockets are awesome but the fly is a bit small. I have large hands and can barley get my hand in while using public restrooms. The front pockets could use another half inch as well but other then that they are extremely comfortable and great for holding all my EDC gear. The small rear pockets hold my Glock 35 mags nicely. When I'm not using them for mags my Armytek wizard pro and OTF knife sit in them with no problems. There new Pilgrim Anorak jacket is on my list as well. Thank you for the video!
Many thanks for your feedback! That's very appreciated 🙏 and sure the new pilgrim set looks interesting! Stay tuned, there's more Helikon-Tex reviews incoming 👊
I have lots of pairs of these, Coyoye, Khaki, Black, Camogrom and Denim. These are by far my favourite pants. I have just ordered the Helikon Outdoor Tactical to try out, they are a little more expensive and are considered to be an upgrade; however, these UTP’s are gonna take some beating as they’re pretty much perfect.
@@ALNSMOVERLAND They arrived today. They’re terrible. No way should they be considered an upgrade. I’m sending them back and sticking to the UTP’s. The material is too clingy and stretchy. I don’t like them at all.
@@ALNSMOVERLAND I didn’t expect it either. I had high hopes for them and had expected them to be an improvement. The material is thinner and though it has a Teflon coating, it doesn’t seem to be as tough.
My old favorite was arcteryx Sullivan's. But they discontinued them. So I am currently testing a couple pairs of vertx delta stretch 2's. I bought them at the reccomendation of Mike over at Last Line of Defense. They are nice, not super expensive ~75 USD after a discount code from LLOD...
Assez bien pensé comme pantalon. J'aime beaucoup le fait d'avoir compartimenté la poche arrière et d'avoir inclus des poches intérieurs! C'est pas mal!
The polycotton canvas is pretty heavy, hot and doesn't let air come through. Not good at all in summer but nice in the winter. I didn't tried the ripstop one but I feel like it's probably more lightweight/breathable
Thanks! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it! When I don't do adventure/Overland videos, I also make reviews! Make sure to subscribe if it's not already done! 😉🙏
@@f8102 I didn't tried it but I would say the OTP. My UTP in polycotton is not breathable at all and is horrible under hot weather. The ripstop version should be better but IMO the OTP even better 😉 Feel free to share the video if you enjoyed it! It always helps 🙏
unfortunally they never ever react to my email. So, maybe the product is good, but the company sucks in customer service. I was looking for new clothing because NOMAD stopped making clothing and shoes. But if they dont want me as a customer I will go and find some other brand that likes to have me as a customer.
I'm 1.83m (6ft) and my UTP is an M/Regular (32/32") in Khaki.

Definitely a great pair of pants. I was considering the outdoor version too, give us your feedback we you got it! 🙏😉
@@ALNSMOVERLAND I will do, they should arrive in a few days👍

Utp is very good pants. I make spezial cordura on the keens. Now it is perfekt.

Hehehe that's also where the idea of the Vertex Delta Strech come from ;)
I should try it !
ALNSM OVERLAND they are very comfy. They are a heavier material, but not to bad.
Отличный обзор Jordan!
Сегодня купил в таком же цвете как у тебя-)
Благодарность ! Надеюсь тебе понравится !
Great review! I like the 5.11 ABR Pro pants a lot. This one is more of a slim fit compared to the other wide fitting cargo pants from 5.11.
Thanks, I'm gonna check the 5.11 !
Bel effort pour l accent et rêveur bien détaillé 😉
Merci ! 😁
Thanks for the review.
The French accent.....love it.
Have you tried the 511 Apex cargo pants?
Thanks for your answer, I'm glad you enjoyed it 🙏 and Yes! I recently got the Apex from 5.11 😁
Great review, brother! I hope you guys are well and enjoying life 😊✌
Thank you my friend !
Hi. My sizes
Waist 96-98cm
Body height 190cm
Large-Long or XLarge-Long better?
Assez bien pensé comme pantalon.
J'aime beaucoup le fait d'avoir compartimenté la poche arrière et d'avoir inclus des poches intérieurs! C'est pas mal!
C'est pas mon préféré pour rien hehe
🤣👍
nice video, but u really need some extra lighting
You are right ! I filmed that outdoor and got caught by the sunset ... damn winter !
They're very comfy just the content in the cargo pockets and smal flap pockets make siting behind the driving wheel in the car impossible.
I don't use the little flap that much so I've never experienced that! But it's good to know, thanks for your feedback 🙏
Very nice beautiful Tactical Pants ❤
What would you recommend the polycotton ripstop or polycotton canvas ?

@@ALNSMOVERLAND thanks a lot for the reply, living in norway so I guess maybe canvas could still be usable during the "summer".
Cool review! I have one. Thanks a lot. I also try to explore more about tactical wear in my channel. Good luck!

Hello, how much you measure and you took the UTP in what size, please?

Good luck with that.
so what's the differences between UTP and OTP?
The fabric is different
