Hey Steve, thanks for the comment. Appreciate it the reason for the wheel change or the hub change is because I needed to use a three-quarter hub to accept the three-quarter shaft for the springer instead of the 1 inch hub. Hope this answers your question.
I was looking into those but I believe you can’t use the wheel you have because I think the hub is offset compared to glide front end. That’s why I think they offer the “vintage style one” as opposed to oem style
I did use the OEM wheel and hub from the 2003 Softail, had it powder coated and laced the Crome twisted spokes. The Springer front came with 3/4 axle, the hub from that year is a 3/4 hub. Sorry for delay thank you for watching.
