This NCLEX-RN Practice Exam has 60 questions with explained answers. You take the NCLEX-RN to obtain your registered nursing license, which is also known as the RN License.
The content of the NCLEX-RN Test consists of four major sections, each of which test your knowledge, skills and abilities to meet these client needs:
Safe and Effective Care Environment
Coordinated Care
Safety and Infection Control
Health Promotion and Maintenance
Psychosocial Integrity
Physiological Integrity
Basic Care and Comfort
Pharmacological Therapies
Reduction of Risk Potential
Physiological Adaptation
In addition to the above categories, the questions will also contain ongoing essential themes and skills such as clinical problem solving using the nursing process, communication, caring/compassion, teaching/learning and documentation.
I used Ms Joyce review and passed my NCLEX at 85 I was crying I taught I failed not until I checked my result, it's so frustrating I pray for everyone struggling with NCLEX for god's favor amen 🙏
I failed 3 times, I lost money to reviews that never helped but the major thing is that I've not lost hope.
Nclex test is really frustrating. I can't believe I failed again after studying so much.

After using uworld twice and failing, I never knew i could ever pass the NCLEX but today I am very happy, I just passed my NCLEX on my third attempt with a great help from Joyce
At times it doesn’t matter how hard you study you also need to pray to God for success.
I have a cousin who never studied much, we studied together but she gives most of her time to her phone than studies after writing the CNA test last month she passed and I failed 😣, I asked her how she did it , just found out she got her help from Mr Ben

Passing the NCLEX exam is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don't have time for your studies l'd advise you get yourself a help like Mr James

Cna is not hard. Just ask your instructor/ instructors all the questions you don't understand I'm class.

Passing the NCLEX test is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don’t have time for your studies I’d advise you get yourself a help like Mr Greg

and i used some Uworld, some Remar, and read a lil saunders. I did 3 nurse achieve exams and my result came back failed 😢😢
I have sat for Nclex for the 4th time now and still failed, i guess licence isn't meant for people like me😭

Nclex exams won't bother you or be a problem if you work with someone like Mr Greg
The truth is most FNP’s, A-GNP’s, ENP’s and NP’s you see today passed with Greg’s help, my sister passed thanks Greg and I’ll be sitting for my exam in two weeks, I’m studying what Greg provided already, I trust him and I know with him I’ll pass .

Yeah he helped my sister too she passed and it was a big surprise after she have been trying but when a friend introduces her to Mr Ben he helped her and she passed once though my sister gave me his info I don't know if I should share it here with you .

I'm British, we don't work the same way where I trained. We do OSCE and I'm even confused by the American vocabularies already. I'd just like to have a solid plan of attack for studying I guess haha.
