It's important to have some activities that keep us active creatively. Not just receiving information/the product, as it happens whenever we're reading or watching a piece of media
it actually moved me when you talked about creativity bc I also grew up thinking my only strength was maths or science and I can't do anything creative in my life & recently figured out creating sth helps me relax and feel good ❤️
