hey nayna, I just wanted to thank you. it may seem weird, but thanks to you I have picked up several good habits (e.g. mood tracking, writing down what i want to achieve and what i am grateful for...) that are helping me get by this difficult period. I am a student too and am finding hard to concentrate and divide between work time and me time. So, again, thank you.
