From the updated government document, you can.
The government has not shared how you can go about it. I would contact the government and ask my question.
This is not immigration advise but this is my guess. Both of you would have to apply for skilled worker visa first then when it has been approved, you apply for dependent visa for your last and two older ones. You would provide evidence of both of you having skilled worker visa and quote this document and attach evidence. Always attach a cover letter to all your job applications.

Though your analysis might be true for some people, it is not true for others. Things being difficult doesn’t mean one can’t try.
If you can afford the IHS fees and get a CoS in another profession that is your dream, please change CoS.
Since I started posting, I have found out that everybody doesn’t have the same experience, I have a client who applied for 4 jobs and got 3. I know some people who have IT jobs that pay above £40,000. These people got these jobs before they graduated and could easily switch from student to skilled worker visa.
On the other hand, there are some people who want to get out of healthcare after 5 years as a carer and it seems impossible because the last time they did a job in their area of specialisation was 6 years ago.
Let everyone try their best to follow their dreams no matter how difficult it is. A man with a family earning £550 a day after submitting 50 applications a day for 3 months is better than someone earning £24,071 from the NHS financially. This is true especially if the care job is not their dream job.
