Koko Jumps on the Bed

- In this video we see Koko’s playful side. She jumps on the bed and then takes a break to play with a doll and toy alligator. Koko creates an imaginative play scenario in which the alligator bites (or kisses!) her baby doll. After a little more jumping with Penny, Koko requests that they lie down together and take a break. Penny and Koko’s close bond is on display here. Together they exemplified the potential for interspecies connection and communication, leaving a lasting impact on our understanding of great apes and their emotional lives.
Penny really misses Koko you can see how much every time she talks about her daughter Koko… Unconditional love between the both of them😊
so cute she wanted Penny to jump with her❤
Koko it reminds me of a song we told my neice when she was little ...how many monkeys jumping on the bed ..but in your case how many Gorillas jumping on the bed ❤❤❤ love n miss you my furry friend

😀☺️👍
what time was koko born ?
July 4th, 1971. Her full name is Hanabiko. In Japanese that means fireworks child ❤
@@raea3588 Thank you. The date is ok, I would also like the time (hour) which cannot be found (or if morning or evening?)
@@lepout Yes, it would be nice to know those details. I know she was born on a Sunday.
wer weiß, was koko von kameras hielt?
Was it in Kokos best interest to keep that beautiful animal in a human cage and only allow her to interact with a few humans, 2 other gorillas and some kittens that got killed, regardless of how much Penny loved her? I don’t know the answer to that, but it feels like it was a selfish act to keep Koko as a pet in the name of research. But honestly I didn’t spend any time or know what was contributed to the world because of the relationship with Koko to know the answer to that question. It appears Koko was well taken care of by Penny.
She must have felt frustrated, and was at their mercy, so had to please them.
is that your sapien interpretation for the day? does a gorilla's cognition extend as far as a human's in your mind? a frustrated gorilla is a violent gorilla

I've been following Koko's life and how she lived for 30 years. It was hardly spent the way you describe. I think if you do some research you'll discover differently.
