this was heartbreaking. she's in real true pain. I'm shedding a few years just having heard & seen the loss she's suffering. to take someone's life like you are powerful, the way Andrew did to Gianni shows the truest form of coward ever created in this world.
I cannot believe how much scrolling it took me to find a comment even hinting at this... Something tells me this was the warning to the industry: "If you aren't one of us and you know what we are doing for the Mossad/CIA then you are a loose end and we will tie that loose end and do it in a public way as so to never be assumed." She strikes me as scared and in shock rather than faking her grief. She played her cards right and was greatly rewarded with her own island, even.
I get a sense that he would be so proud of her. She's absolute greatness- legendary goddess of runways all over the globe. Sometimes, unfortunately, the good die young. Gianni's legacy was carefully cultivated by his loyal sister whom he continues to live through and inspire.
We lost a great artist and genius! Noami was known in Italy thanks to him.. she was an inspiration for him, for his creations and I remember her runaway.. beautiful.
@@kaismessiahbaby755 As sad that it may sound at least Versace remains made in italy, Donatella remains CD and Versace family still has a say. It happens a lot in the fashion world. Dior too was sold and its owned by LVMH

Watching this video is even more heartbreaking as a few days ago, Donatella Versace decided to sell Versace to Michael Kors. Gianni's just died twice.
This is sooo sad to rewatch, even after all these years ppl speak sooo highly of him and he helped her career majorly he loved her . And just imagine if he was alive and all these celebrities are wearing Versace they would most likely love him as much as they do Donatella
I know what it is to lose and friend that became family and in the exact way Gianni was killed. My heart goes out for Naomi, even after so many years, because it doesn't get easier but we get a lil bit stronger.❤

I almost cried watching this. It's always difficult loosing a loved one.
Some of those questions are so inappropriate for that time. Not bad questions but just wrong timing.... .-.
So hard to see this. I can't believe it's been twenty years now since his passing.
I was 13 when Versace was killed, and it's only now, all of these years later that I truly admire his art work and beauty.
He really was an elegant designer and one of a kind. I wish i had known more of him all of those years ago.
He was such a talented guy.
In heaven...i truly hope he got the crown that he deserves. May he rest in peace x
I can't imagine how she feels. A man that sees people as people and just so loving especially to black people. It's always the good ones that go first ..😭
RIP Gianni Versace, easily the best designer ever who changed the fashion industry big time and turned it into the pop phenomenon that it is today. He has so many otiginal timeless signatures and iconic collections/runaways. Many have tried to take his place but Versace blows them out of the water even dead
this was heartbreaking. she's in real true pain. I'm shedding a few years just having heard & seen the loss she's suffering. to take someone's life like you are powerful, the way Andrew did to Gianni shows the truest form of coward ever created in this world.
They always try to demonize naomi but she is so genuine and down to earth
And now it’s been revealed she was in a sex trafficking ring.. wtf
I cannot believe how much scrolling it took me to find a comment even hinting at this...
Something tells me this was the warning to the industry:
"If you aren't one of us and you know what we are doing for the Mossad/CIA then you are a loose end and we will tie that loose end and do it in a public way as so to never be assumed."
She strikes me as scared and in shock rather than faking her grief.
My heart is still broken over Versace being murdered, No word can describe the grief I still feel after all these years.
Versace's death was such a shock and a tragic loss of talent. A man who was dedicated to his work and cultuvated real longterm friendships.
I tried not to cry. He was a wonderful human being , a genius 😥😥😭
Notice how despite him already having passed she still referred to him in the first person. I know this one had to sting so much for her. :(
This interviewer is a TERRIBLE PERSON !!!!!!
Sterling Carr I thought she did a great job. What's the problem?
She wasn't intrusive or a bitch. What's the problem?
LosAngeles323 she just found out about his death! I feel like giving her some time before actually asking these questions!
No No Katie is doing her job within time constraints. Naomi had plenty of time to speak and answer her questions.
Katie Couric has never thrown a cellphone at anyone before.
I cried too...
Gianni was super-awesome...
Very few interviews live , shows a celebrity that affected at least on camera . Naomi was really sad here .
They were soo close. Rest In Peace Versace ❤️❤️❤️
We lost a great artist and genius! Noami was known in Italy thanks to him.. she was an inspiration for him, for his creations and I remember her runaway.. beautiful.
Very heartbreaking. I've never seen this.
May Gianni's soul rest peacefully in heaven. Most amazing designer ever
Savage Ghost yea I know. Now unfortunately Versace is under Michael Kors. Smfh
@@kaismessiahbaby755 As sad that it may sound at least Versace remains made in italy, Donatella remains CD and Versace family still has a say. It happens a lot in the fashion world. Dior too was sold and its owned by LVMH
missthe90s well I hope so
Even though this is clearly media exploitation, I feel bad for her, because she clearly loved him, and was faithful and loyal to him and they had a special friendship, and to lose that is devastating.
i found it so heartbreking and the fact that she at times discribes him in present and not past tense
So many tried to typecast Naomi as a difficult, selfish, callous diva---but this moment shows that she actually has a caring, compassionate, sensitive, and sincerely loving heart.
Whos watching in Feb 2019
I remember watching this when it first aired
Niomie crying and still looks so beautiful😢 2019
Wow, she handled it so well. I rarely cry, but when my dog died, I couldn't articulate a single word. All I could do was crying and sobbing, and whenever I tried to speak, I would cry even harder.
Whoever killed Gianni is evil .
May the GREAT and LEGENDARY Gianni Versace continue to Rest With GOD in eternal peace. He will be GREATLY missed and ALWAYS loved. 🙏🏿❤️🕊😇
first time i see her with true emotions its very sad ,R.I.P Gianni
I know what it is to lose and friend that became family and in the exact way Gianni was killed. My heart goes out for Naomi, even after so many years, because it doesn't get easier but we get a lil bit stronger.❤
I love her sm. Not only she is so beautiful, but she is real too
I was introduced to Gianni Versace's fashions seeing them on Don Johnson on Miami Vice.
I now have a small collection of pre-death Gianni Versace clothes.
Here after the final episode of American Crime Story
I've been getting this in my recommended for a while and I've avoided watching it, and now that I have I feel so sad :(
Gosh! That was so hard having interview while youre in pain.. strong woman! And shes very beautiful even crying.
how could she give such an interview at this moment ...
This honestly made me tear up. Naomi is such a great person.
i was in the today show crowd when this aired. very sad.
Back when Naomi's voice was clear and not husky, wow I thought she always had this voice.
This is my first time seeing her cry. She still looks stunning
R.I.P Gianni 💔
wow, its the first time I saw this video of her crying like this.
Omg I’ve never seen her like this. She was completely devastated.
It would be great to see a documentary on this man that was loved by many! RIP
there is...on netflix
@@storiestocalmsleep thank you! ❤️
Rip, Gianni. Fashions greatest savior. Him and Karl ♥️🙏🏿
my mother was gianni versace model and later a designer for him, 15 years with Gianni!! rip all love - dalma calldo puccini
Such a genius who died way too soon 😢
I will think of him for the rest of my life😢 He was an amazing person. So tragic.🙏
Naomi knows despite how hard she worked, she didn’t get to the top of the industry on her own. She knows people top in the industry helped her and she was always grateful for it.
People call her a diva but Naomi always had a big heart who always cared about other people and gave as much as she got.
To this day, Naomi thinks about Gianni Versace and always credits him for all he’s done for her. Naomi always loved Gianni Versace and that always comes through whenever she talks about him.
I was so sad when he died and this just brought it back... so sad 😞
And now i cry for Karl 😭
this is randomly in my recommended but now i love her
may his soul rest in peace . God bless +iamnaomicampbell
the most kindest hearted souls get taken first. its so sad that things are that way😔💔
Gianna was also a very giving man. He gave rapper Tupac thousands of dollars worth of free Versace clothing. He treated him like family.
Does anyone else here could see Naomi shape shifting?
y’all are so weird calling it fake
Omg her friend was just murdered- these questions... but I wouldn’t be able to speak if it was my friend... seriously
God I love her... He's in a better place now baby girl.. Wit my dad an all my friends an Jesus, an everyone y'all love!
Katie is asking the most ridiculous questions!
Wow, she is always so strong. i never seen her cry,:(
It's no wonder why she was among Versace's muses. She's beautiful. So was Versace. Tragic.
We need a movie about Naomi and Versace’s friendship. Naomi had her own struggles and Gianni understood her and treated her like a daughter.
