Thank for your great tutorial. The little circle metal die is what you make to protect your hole cut in the tag from tearing. It is a reinforcer very much like what was sold in office supply places to keep your papers holes from tearing. What is old becomes new again. Lol

Im waiting for my Sidekick. It should arrive tomorrow. Its the reg not the Tim Holtz one. Looking forward to using a mini one. I would use that more than the big one I have.
Hi thanks for your review love it ! I have the red sidekick and I had to order some Adapters in order to use it with other dies ! Lucky I found them on eBay, but was wandering if the new plates would work on the old red sidekick ! Then I don’t have to use the adapters 🤔hum!
Hi Libby, I did a test and the old plates will not work with the new Sidekick because they are thinner than the new ones. I haven't tried the new plates in the old Sidekick. TFS, Amanda
How much bigger is the cutting area on yours vs my little red Sidekick?
Ghislaine Bérubé I am not sure the cutting area is any bigger. The width is about 2.5 inches and barely fits my Graphic 45 small tag, but I love it. Hope that’s helps! TFS! Amanda
