Lived in Prince George's County for 26 years. These community centers have been desparatedly needed for years! Many times over decades I lamented the fact these facilities were missing, since it was so obvious they would be of tremendous usage and value! Only worry is that many of the building contractors constructing buildings are of a political outlook diametrically opposite the county's majority base. Endless physical plant problems at so many of the county's libraries suggest something!

All that is great! However to say that this is a low income area, not so, Just because, we have a few bad apples and those who did not fall far from tree.,it is still a good area to live in. Prince George's County is one of the riches counties around. If everybody keep speaking the same thing this a low income area, well that is what it will be. I have lived here for 28 years, not to mention I grew up around here also. Regardless of the issue, of murders, robbers, rapes, this is happening everywhere, around us, So do not put this area down. it is not right. I did earned my Master Degree in counseling as a resident of Prince George's County, Maryland. Trust me it cost more than some of the rich kids who are killing, etc. In addition, I bought my first home in PG County. Now that they are adding on, it will probably still have murders, robbers, etc..Finally, please note that the music is too loud. Thank you.

Low income doesn't have to mean "bad apples". A majority of low income people are surely good apples.

@@marcuskendrick3656 Some people don't process that being bad is about your behavior, and not your income!
