My opinion: Maybe the man isn't the type who acts out of nowhere, but also doesn't like the fact, that his girlfriend is stripping to earn money. Seeing her again, doing this job (which they might have argued about thousands of times) , makes him frustraded and he eants to leave, completely confused and heart- broken. Suddenly turning around and going into the club again he realizes that, if he leaves now, this relationship would end. This option is not acceptable, because he loves her too much. So he goes straight on top of the stage, showing her all his confused feelings, and kisses her in front of everybody to show, that he doesn't want to loose her. After the security parts them, the girl is amazed by him and can't help herself but smile, because she is so happy.
He starts fighting with the guys and lashing out because hes hurt and confused by the woman he loves and takes his anger out on the first guy that comes for him omg
I also think him pulling off the wig is symbolic for pulling off her stripper facade to show her true self, and that true self loves him back and kisses him back.
Nah I think that's an intentional misdirection, as we see the José take her wig off, it's more accurate to say that she's putting on a front for all the people around her and José's character is telling her that he loves her regardless, and it's okay to be who she is. I think the fact that she's a stripper is a red herring.
