3:00 Autosprint: Should be noted that on controller you can normal-walk even with Auto-Sprint on anyways, so there's really no reason not to turn it on. Analogue sticks are Analogue Sticks after all.
I just don't like it when I'm trying to walk up and don't wanna make that .inor mistake. Never been a fan of it but it's def preference
@@ReFLexX_ii that is pretty much my point. Just don't press it all the way forward and you'll walk instead of sprint 🤔

@@Tarulia I used to run it but me personally, I just always send myself off with the footsteps so I had to control myself lol
very helpful. been winning a few more games lately because I turned up my brightness and can finally see people in darker areas
My sound effects are set to 20% because my ears are sensitive to this super loud gunshots.
Also I bind my crouch toggle to my "side mouse" , I think its button 5 on the mouse, because I tend to crouch alot.
At the end its all personal preference. But this gives you decent start, then you can tweak whatever suits you. Cheers!

I like auto sprint because my hand used to cramp after like 3 games.
same, I have tried double tap to sprint aswell but i always end up randomly running in crazy directions at the least wanted time

For subtitles I play with Japanese audio (for the loba voicelines ofc) so I have subtitles on. It also helps if you want to learn a language, and I'm trying to learn Japanese

For the last part with audio i do have a question...
Some streamers like merchant or fade that i can remember straight out of my mind do have very good audio in their videos that i sometimes watch on youtube where i hear every footstep of enemies but some others like punch have the same non existing footsteps like me in the game...
I do think there is some setting you need to change or activate to hear it very well and sometimes when i turn on loudness equalization in the windows sound settings, it does help with footsteps for the videos *but* if i use it ingame, the weapon sounds will sounds extremely aweful and turn down in volume to be like underwater or some crap like this so i don't use it while playing.
On videos it works perfectly but ingame its horrible.
But as said, some have extremely well functioning audio while others like me or punch have audio like on 10:56 XD
Would be nice if we can find the secret to apex' fucked audio so that we don't have to deal with 10x 3rd parties comming out of nowhere when we are running around or fighting so that we can prepare or leave a fight when we *hear* them running up to us.
for crosshair, any fps i play that i can change the colour i always go for a magenta colour, it stands out on almost everything for me
Can you just make a performance video my apex game is either always stuttering/freezing or the game looks so bad I’m playing at a disadvantage
try loudness equalizer on pc kinda makes audio godly
I’m not that good of a player but I like to use the double tap auto sprint to go to my items screen and throw out anything I don’t need or drop heath for my teammates that are running behind me if we are in the ring

The reasoning for the x with shield icon makes no sense as you still get all the information you say is valuable from the setting but without the massive unnecessary X in your way when you have it off.

Is there an updated video settings? Origin has changed to EA and launching to advanced launch options seem to be non-existent.
