Very nice and we'll thought-out JJ. It would take me a while also to pick everything I wanted in my JJs. An idea about the mini playing cards - cut them out then seal them with packing tape. Trim around the tape to finish it off, then punch a hole to attach it to your yarn or string on the spine. It would be lightweight that way. Just an idea!

I love making junk journals! Your came out just great! I love al of the different elements. The sewn in heart ribbon tab was a fantastic touch! By the way your nails look great!

Very cute I love the vintage floral and bird pages you used! I ordered the Stamperia Alice die cuts to go with the one of these I made for my sister, I already gave it to her 2 weekends back but I'll see her again this week. I grabbed a dollar tree accordion file Coupon thingy to add all of her extra bits I didn't tuck in the book into... I think an envelope of some of the extra goodies would be a nice addition! Especially for newer journalers who don't necessarily have a room full of supplies like some of us 🤣

You should do what Pam from the paper outpost did. She did 30 min segments and did a full journal build one thing at a time...best tutorial I've ever watched next to Natasha, from treasure books. They are two of the best I've ever seen on utube. And I've watched plenty researching junk journals after I found them on the net. I has been trying to find my passion in crafting, and most of the stuff from utube bored me after a month or so. Now I am working on my first junk journal...thank you for the flip thru it is a very lively journal...

How do you coffee stain your paper and keep it flat after drying. Everyone else's dries looking rippled and warped.
I just soak papers in a baking dish and then slowly dry in the oven in batches. Sometimes I I hang them on a line of bakers twine to dry too.
