Hi can you please help me with this question? When you ship out stick insects do you put several in the same container or do you put them in separate containers? Reason I ask is because I ordered 3 Thai sticks from Full Throttle Feeders here in the US. First package all three were in one styrofoam cup. one had Mismolted en route and another was just dead legs tangled up with another. One survived. Had replacements sent next day. Arrived one day late thanks to USPS. Open the lid of the cup and same scenario. 2 in 1 cup legs tangled up together. One perfectly fine no physical damage one had lost an arm. After entangling them the one that looked perfectly fine dies a couple hours later and then the next day the other one started losing its other arm so I just put it in the freezer to end suffering. So both dead. I don't think they should be sent together in the same cup because obviously that seems to be the root of the problem yet this seller claims that they have never had issues before. So please tell me what is the proper way to send these insects through the mail.
