7th Annual Unique Lowcountry Outing & Feast

What an incredible day at our 7th annual Unique Lowcountry Outing & Feast Saturday, November 19, 2022, at McLeod Plantation on James Island! Thanks to our good friends at John Deere for joining us and announcing our partnership in the LEAP Coalition. It was a beautiful day to enjoy good friends, great music and fantastic food! Thanks to everyone that joined us as well as our sponsors and supporters who help make this special event happen. Proceeds support the Center’s work to protect heirs’ property and promote sustainable land through increased economic benefit to low-wealth, historically underserved families. I loved watching this update after having found you guys a while back from your documentary about your mission and historically AA communities with KJ Kearney! I would love to get involved but I'm far from you guys in St. Louis Missouri. I share you guys' mission. As a 23 year old from the North (chicagoland area), there's hardly anyone around me who cares about this issue or who even knows enough to care about it. But I'm determined to change that! :) Please please please keep going!
