N is a hard boss to kill but has a few drawbacks (not weaknesses)
1. If you press q before n does a explosion you won't take damage making you have time to melee N.
2. When N is going to pull you in and if you equip your glider (before N starts pulling you in) you won't be effected by the pull force.
Also with rude skill
When N starts spawning clones that's when you want to hit the real N for high damage (still kill the clones)
I also recommend using speed potions since N teleports a lot.

U can just glitch N (u need 2 player) 1st guy must go and kill the cultist and die and 2nd guy must be outside so when the 1st guy dies N boss will tp to 2nd guy and will be stuck i recommend using range attack since N can still attack u when ur close enough

For the most consistent way to get specifically blood gems, in observatory the skeleton named talvern allows you to exchange 3 gems for any gem that you already have discovered (so you do still need a little rng to get the first one), you could either beat big iron and every two times you beat big iron you will be able to use the iron coins to buy a gem bag and 3 of those will get you a guaranteed blood gem if you trade them in, or use mondo ring on old fart which makes him have a very high chance to drop a gem, and if you dont get it in 3 trys then you can trade them in

Mr.Normal RANDOMLY came out of a portal while I was fishing, I had no idea his claw was for a quest but luckly I choose to keep it as a trophy, I also got 21 free chaos essences I think... idk

If you have mondo ring then put it on and go fight thief king, easiest way to grind gems and if you don't get blood just exchange 3 of the gems you get for it (I wouldn't say the gem drop from mondo thief king is extremely rare but it is still decently rare so you might have to kill him multiple times)

During storms there are big lightning strikes that spawns a "Meteor" enemy. They guarantee a gem upon death.
That is the first time I got blood gem.

For the King Sandpod you don't have to parry all the claw swings, sometimes I mess up and end up parrying the 2nd+ swings and it still flips it over

An easy way to fight king sandbox is to get the zap antenna from a copper ant and get up to a high ledge located on the battlefield where king sand pod is and just spam the heavy attack

For chaos essence, I'd actually recommend farming scare crows. They're easy to cheese by standing on top of the rock in the middle of the Autumn island and you can just gain aggro by shooting range and killing them with melee (I usually use prism spear).

King sandpod is better becuz you always get at least 5 essence and scarecrow drop it much less

ITs best to actually memorize king sandpod patterns and farm mondo sandpod with a friend to make it faster. It gives 9-16 essence guaranteed and takes like 6 minutes

To farm "Gems" effectively, you can do Big Iron (a guide on that would be amazing)
If you have friends, doing sky arena gives you a Gem for every 100 points, which adds up quickly

The blood gem is the gem you put on your own haunted scythe that u showed us how to get it
Big iron for gem bag or sky battlegrounds. You can exchange for one if you don’t get it straight up. Mondo old fart also has a high chance of dropping gems.
A way to obtain blood gems is you can exchange 3 other gems for them at the observatory (so just farm like mondo squid with a mondo ring and a challenge medal for gems since it's an easy fight)
Also, another way is to use a crowd control gun build and farm sky battegrounds

To be completely honest,the best way for grinding gems in my opinion is doing the big iron with a ranged build.
Honestly respect for doing N with no parries, That s is hell without a tank build
Big iron and high waves inside of sky battlegrounds can consistently net you gems, but there isn’t any way to get a consistent blood gem, only consistent gems
an easy way to get gems in general is with scampi which is the pirate guy in the middle of sinister sea. he gives quests to kill certain bosses for gems and other items alike.
I bet most of you playing this game will prob have at least 3 different gems and you can forge 3 different types of gems for 1 gem you have got before (which you still need to get at least 1 blood gem before) its the third option when you talk to the guy who enchants your weapon
how to defeat N easily:
In fact, defeating N is easier when you know his movements.
If he stays still for less than 2 seconds he may start using a sonic wave but you have to know which of the 2 is the one in the area or the one that absorbs you.
To avoid the sonic wave that it absorbs, just stay in a range, let's say close to it, but not too close or it will lift you into the air and hurt you. After 5 waves, it will stop when it ends with the fifth sonic wave. It's time to attack it with a strong attack
The expansion that is supposed to be in the area is when N separates his body to release a strong ring around you that will hurt you. You can avoid it by moving quickly, let's say to the edge of the ring, but it will not always work because there are times when he will move faster. and he will approach you to apply 3 sonic waves that do about 50 damage, pay attention when he moves his head when he makes that movement, dodge this way you will avoid the wave and you can be close to him so as not to move so much or take a health potion
N can also release weak clones but at a certain time the clones will explode and do damage so kill them when you have the opportunity because N puts them to distract you and apply an attack as would be the lazers, orbs, sonic waves and those that absorb
The orbs are a little difficult to avoid when N rises in the air he will start to throw orbs at you that will do consecutive damage of up to 10 points in the middle of N's life. At the end of the orbs he will throw a larger one straight at you. You can parry or dodge (extra fact: N will move faster at half his life)
Finally, it is advisable to carry health potions with you such as red juice from 5 red berries and 2 brown teas and you must keep in mind that when N teleports, most of the time he will stand behind you, so turn around after an attack ends so that you can prevent its next attack

To get gems easily you have to find metor enemies and they are pretty rare but have a high chance to give a blood gem but you can get them from bosses but they are insanely rare
If you ever can't find a blood gem at meteor enemies, gather 3 gems then pick the blood gem (at Observatory)

Yo sendo i kinda want you to cover the haunted scthye everyone thinks its bad but i think its the best melee weapon or at least one of the best obviously with the alternate heavy

An easy way to get blood gems, go to the pirate ship in the sinister sea and take the bounty quests the pirate questgiver has, they give pirate earrings but they also can give u all types if gems, do a couple and you can get 3 pretty fast
i got such a motivator boost when someone spawned mr normal and i beat it with some other people, i had 54 chaos essence after beating him and that also gave me a motivational boost.
i beat the quest after that motivation boost
If u did not know theres a window to hit him when he will spawn minions
To get blood gem what i do is go on a priv server and farm meteors for the random gems, then just go to the observatory and make them all into blood gems
I'm not really the best at partying neither do I have alot of end game time but when I was doing this boss it killed me mentally and my hand physically so I got help and it did the until I pulled it off
if you have 3 gems you can exchange them into 1 blood gem or any other gem except for a few other RARE gems

But all i want is try to defeat old fart and N boss somehow so i can make even better builds.

man u make all the bosses look easy but when i try it i get destroyed
When me and my friend fought him he got stuck in his phase where if you attack him he hurts you and we just slowly killed him from there lol idk what caused this
tip: a good way of getting money and gems is by fishing, the chests that you get can give gems and its pretty common, if you get advanced rod and anglet hat you can macro fishing

If you use warrior emblem with blood twin and light gem, you can just spam heavy and it annihilates anything

a really quick and easy way to farm gems for me is farming king sandpod with gunner build with mondo ring and challenger medal, its pretty easy and gives a gem almost every time and i could probably upload a video showing how i do it

Sure. It's just sky battlegrounds, you need to get only 100pts or keep dying at 50+ pts to get a pity chance of getting 2 items/gems at once.
Big Iron also works but you need a specific bow build to defeat all of em.
And it costs 2 matches each to get one.
The other way around is just pure massacre - mana gun build (outlaw glasses is needed for this massacre), cannon. Place? At the cave of slimes near forest. (forgot what it's called)
You can also autoclick and afk there, set the interval on, around 1.5s.
The useless way's the meteors.

u can get gems from mondo ring bosses but is hard /boss hard= more gems

If u want to grind blood gems i would do mondo old fart. Because he has a 100% chance of dropping a gem when mondo and even if u dont get it 3 times u can exchange it at the observetory for a blood gem. So basiclly if u kill 3 mondo old fart you get 1 gem of any choice.

Get April and sit on top of the statue in praise with you’re volume max once you hear a crashing sound look around head to the area kill the meteor enemy if you get up to 3 gems and don’t get blood do exachmge in observatory for a guaranteed
Best way to get blood gems in ny opinion is to just find mondo enemies they practically give all the gems for me

equip a Mondo ring then hit any boss then farm them over and over again until they well drop gems
i think killing thief king with mondo ring is a good way to farm gems in general
N is a non parry boss
Here are some tips
If you don't kill N clones they will explode dealing 60 damage so I suggest to kill them after they spawn in
When you hear N do this eeeeeee thingy sound then he is gonna unleash multi attack
If you see N bad (backwards) he is gonna make a spear of light kinda thing attack and they are parryable
I recommend using Bloxig No parrying N build
(Edit:he is an open wide boss meaning he can be hit like a thief
bloodtwin is pretty bad, but beating N unlocks a shop in which you can buy a ritual crescent that severly buffs the haunted scythe. This makes the haunted scythe the best melee as the heavy does like 150 damage

Although the scythe might be more than 150 im just going off of a video where some guy was using it for Big Iron.
best melee is kai fist if u got a build imo cuz the heavy has hyper armor and for me does 200+ with burn dmg also the haunted scythe has worse uses with the ritual crescent unless u get a bleed build going because the normal heavy on scythe gives 50% hp back of dmg dealt

I got a blood gem from killing king sandpod while getting chaos essence or if u have 3 gems u can exchange them for a blood gem if the gems are multiple don't worry u will still have them it only takes one gem each

for some goofy reason i found my own way of cheesing N and thats by spamming M1 Q R and space bar at the same time while moving around this allowed me to kill N way faster for me for sone reason

u dont need 150 chaos actually because mr normal drops chaos aswell so actually u can just mondo it and get 40-70 chaos back

The Patris is also a nice way to farm chaos essence. When I killed him twice for patchwork armor he dropped 8 each time I killed him.
But the problem with Patris is that he's a real pain to fight.
yea but you can cheese him by equipping the speed demon build with a icicle rod and replacing the ivory anklet with whatever your choice since you aren’t gonna use it a lot
I would farm skeleton with a ranged build instead. It’s been a piece of cake to farm him with six shooter for me, if you use pirate earrings you get like 8-12 each kill

And IF you found a blood gem before you can exchange the other gems for a specific gem you want that you already discovered
