- Paula Prentiss discusses her life and career after a showing of 1964's "Man's Favorite Sport?" The battery on my Flip camera went out midway into the Q&A, but I still was able to capture a lot of this entertaining conversation.

Just saw this movie again after many, many years. This is a real treat--one of the favorite leading ladies of my youth. How cool! Thanks.
It's sad that the audience is so small. She is absolutely WONDERFUL.
I've always loved Paula Prentiss. I love her Texas accent.
Watching "Man's Favorite Sport" right now. This is cliché' but they just don't make movies like this anymore, movies that an adult or child would enjoy. And Paula Prentiss was a real doll, one of the best.
Thank you,I always loved her in everything....
Thanks for sharing this. Paula Prentiss is one of my favorite actresses. A few years ago, she appeared in a production of "Majority of One" in a little theater here in Los Angeles and it was such a treat to see her on stage.
As a 5'11" teen...Paula was my IDOL! I am so pleased she and Dick have had such a great marriage.. a fine lady and beautiful role model! Viva la Paula!!!
Lovely interview. It was a delight to hear Paula talk about one of my all time favourite films and her career. Many thanks' for posting.
fell in love with her when i was a child when she was in where the boys are and hell fighters. Still beautiful
what a treasure! thanks for uploading this video. she's one of my favorites. I love her voice and her wit.
Waaaay cool! Paula is a legend.
Paula is very special. A natural. Howard Hawks led a very fascinating life. I used to get confused and think Paula was in Hatari. I think you can see why. She still looks pretty cute.
When Howard Hawks, the iconic director, planned to make "Man's Favorite Sport" he envisioned Cary Grant, with whom Hawks had worked in Only Angels Have Wings, in the lead role. Grant was then offered the script for Charade opposite Audrey Hepburn, directed by Stanley Donen, and he close the latter project, one of his last films.Hudson was then cast opposite Paula Prentiss in the movie.
I love her Mary Jane shoes!!
Oh, THANK YOU for uploading this. She's so lovely and charming and I had no idea how she would be nowadays. Loved it!!
Paula Prentiss foi uma das mulheres mais lindas do cinema.
She also looked good in the sandals 😍 and socks in the movie comedy Saturday The 14th. She looked cute in them.
Can anyone tell me the instrumental music which is played throughout the movie, I think it’s through the evening outdoor scene?
Not to mention the 👖 jeans she was wearing with the sandals and socks 😍.
"Man's Favorite Sport?" is a great film (2nd best comedy of all times, IMHO) and she was so funny and... incredibly attractive and sexy! :)
Oh I'd have to disagree. She looks good - her hair is a little wild but she looks fine. She looks far more beautiful than the plastic reality stars of today or even someone like Joan Rivers!
Paula Prentiss :The Mith. .
audio is too low
Q: " What was it like working with Rock Hudson? "
A: " It was great but then I found out he was teh gey. "
Paul and those long legs. She is one of my favs.
I like her Mary Jane's...she looks cute and sexy in them.
she was so hot
The math doesn't add up. She says she was 23 then and 73 now, or at least when this was filmed, in August of 2010.
According to IMDB, her birth date was 3/4/1938. This would have made her 24 when it was filmed and 25 when it was released.
In August of 2010 she would have been 72.
Unless IMDB has her birth date wrong.
Wow. She got old-looking.
That's because she's old-being. What we look like without plastic surgery or fillers.
she`s great, loved her films, but the hair is a disaster, she doesn´t need to look this old today, women of any age can still look attractive today, but shes still lovely despite the bad ageing :-)
