    Here's how to perform proper split squat jumps:
    Starting Position: Begin in a split squat stance with one foot positioned forward and the other foot positioned backward. Ensure your feet are hip-width apart, and your front knee is directly above your ankle.
    Preparation: Engage your core muscles, maintain an upright posture, and distribute your weight evenly between both legs.
    Squat Down: Lower your body by bending your knees and sinking into a split squat position. Your front thigh should be parallel to the ground or slightly below, and your back knee should be pointing toward the ground.
    Explosive Jump: From the split squat position, quickly generate upward explosive power by pushing off the ground with both feet. Propel your body upward as high as possible.
    Switch Leg Position Mid-Air: While in mid-air, switch the position of your legs, bringing your forward leg backward and your backward leg forward. Perform this switch in a swift and coordinated manner.
    Land Softly: As you descend, prepare to land softly on the balls of your feet with your knees slightly bent to absorb the impact. Aim to maintain control and stability upon landing.
    Reset Position: After landing, immediately return to the starting split squat position with the opposite leg forward. Prepare for the next jump.
    Repeat: Perform split squat jumps for the desired number of repetitions or within a specific time frame. Alternate the leading leg for each jump to maintain balance and symmetry.
