    I own a 2022 F24 version that look identical to yours. I have noticed I had to add roof tape on the rear seam as well as the roof seam across from the front door that travel all the way to the drivers side. I had to switch my single group 30 battery to a dual 24 group lithium phosphate batteries to enable my auto leveling system to work without issues. My original battery was 2 years old and got me stuck at a campsite with my hydraulics stuck in the downard location all because the voltage was too low on the battery bank even with the engine on. My awning light shorts out and change it out with a new strand with zero improvement. Turn out the short is inside the wall where I cannot get to it.
    My firefly control panel displays zero volts on my chassis battery but my chassis battery starts my coach with ease. I have not been able to fix the zero volt issue or the no outside light issue yet... I have also had to fix my outlet under the table, added an additional outlet under the table. The outlet behind my TV is loose too. All my wallpaper in the bathroom is loose too. We had to add a securing feature to the medicine cabinet since it would fly open during travel. I had to add a spare tire mount to the rear hitch since this RV does not have a spare tire option. All my tank sensors are mounted low and do not equal what they really should mean.

      Wow, Don’t get discouraged. Your camper is probably in better shape now than the day you bought it, with the improvements that you made. Not everything was mentioned on this video. I too had problems with the sink mirror coming open on trips. I removed the metal clip on the mirror, cut out a quarter inch of the rubber on the edge of the mirror this allowed the clip to make surface contact with the magnet. Water leaks; don’t ever assume you fix the leak there’s more than one. My chassis battery shows .01 V almost all the time, I’ve learned to not trust either one of the battery displays. The automatic levelers do not work properly, they require a lot of power. The levelers will trip my 70 amp breaker almost each operation. Thors stupid solution is install 100 amp breaker on all the new Delano RVs. Awning light was sewn on with non-UV thread and was coming lose the second year. I haven’t had any problems with awning light working. Keep in mind they are remote control and use a relay to turn on. In an “emergency”, when you need a tire. You can remove one of your rear tires and drive on one rear tire at a reduce speed.

    The dealership is not going to help unless you call their headquarters. That’s what I had to do in conjunction with Thor customer service. The best thing you can do as well is get yourself a certified rv mechanic. They will repair/fix everything because it’s under warranty. That’s what we finally did because the Lippert stairs wouldn’t work properly. After 3 visits to dealer we contacted an rv mechanic. Motor and module were replaced.

      Yes, and my Delano had other problems that I didn’t address in the video. It only took me one visit to the dealership to realize my warranty was a joke and I was on my own. The dealership can only replace broken parts, they cannot fix the design problems from the manufacture. When my step module failed, I didn’t want to spend four hours at the dealership, I replaced it myself.

    Wow! Are you an engineer?? The fixes you did were amazing! We also like the layout of the Delano but we could see quality issues while just looking at a new one at dealership. It's a shame you have to redesign & fix all those things on a brand new (expensive) rv. Thor & Jayco have been taken off our list as options because of all the complaints. Thor needs to hire you as a consultant! They ought to be ashamed of their manufacturing!

    Hi Don. I like the ‘tennis racket’ idea for alleviating the fresh water siphoning but what about the water that stays in the ‘belly’ after filling the tank has it restricted the venting?

      That’s a great question. The vacuum created by the pump as the water exiting the tank easily overcomes the small amount of water in the bottom of the loop. On the same size clear tubing loop you can see the air bubble passing through the water at the bottom of the loop to the vacuum side.

    Hi Don and thankyou sooo much for the video! We picked up our 2023 Delano 24FB back in July of 2023 and love it. However, as you describe, the fresh water system design is HORRIBLE. Our unit has been at the dealership for 2.5 months for warranty repairs:( I just shared your video with our Service Rep and asked her to fwd to Thor again.
    Did you ever hear back from Thor?

      My advice to you is call the dealership headquarters and file a complaint, 2nd call Thor customer service and complain. That’s what I had to repeatedly
