See this is what I’ve been waiting for if it’s not Ohemaa approved I don’t want it she’s been looking out for us deep melanated girls before we even had our own shades in the makeup world.
I realized that it felt like people though primers were not really needed but I always notice a Difference when it’s missing. Except in the case of the JH tint
Yup, (I use you as a shade reference) I had this same product (exact shade and all) on my Sephora heart list. I went into Sephora on Monday and put a dot on my cheek and it wasn’t matching. Then I dabbed a little under my eye (the lighter area of my face) and it matched. So I took it off my heart list because the shade doesn’t work like it’s supposed to for my entire face 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
The video I didn't know I needed but ever so glad it's here! Lol. I ordered this as soon as it dropped. Due to not being in stores, it took me three tries to get the correct shade 😒 (1st was my bad 🤷🏾♀️, 2nd sephora bad 😑 (should have just chose it myself, lol) because the third time I got it right) 👏🏾👌🏾. Anywho, thank you for the content 🥰🤎💛
@OHEMAA girl, it turned out that none of them were. I thought my final choice, Deep 1 (G), was going to be the one. Unfortunately, it was not. The "g" is supposed to be for golden, right? But that was not the case with either of them; Dark 2 (first choice) was straight up orange on me, and Deep 1 was red!!! I literally just came from Sephora making a return. Oh yeah, and the one sephora recommended was too light, Dark 1, but if they had that same shade just slightly deeper, it would've been perfect. So, alas, no matter how beautiful the finish, I will not have the luxury of having this product in my collection unless they extend the range. 😔😒
I agree..the product looks good, but the shade range should be deeper! Love your hair! Love the finished makeup creation! God's grace and favor shine upon you, your family, and your brand continually in abundance 💜☦🕊🥰💖
Although this was not the deepest shade of this BBB cream I don’t like that fact that it held up ok in the wear test especially with the e.l.f. Primer. Tyfs🥰🥰
I BELIEVE WE SHOULD BE AT THE POINT WHERE WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO MAKE A FOUNDATION (OF ANY KIND) WORK BY USING OTHER PRODUCTS TO CORRECT THE SHADE AND I WAS HOPING THIS WOULD WORK ON U CAUSE I LIKE THE POWDER (O/S) ON U🤦🏾♀️
I have high hopes that the One Size setting powder is going to be in my Boxycharm Premium box this month! I know the Charlotte Tilbury foundation will be in it and a lot of people got the setting powder. I like One Size, at least everything I’ve tried from them. I’m only buying 2 foundations in 2022 and I will definitely consider this one. Did the foundation give you any blurring? I like all the products that blurr
He needs a better shade range. I wonder if he will extend the range in the future. I am fair/medium and I could match myself easily. I found that I need to prime my skin first. I also set it with his Turn Up The Base powder foundation and then I use my ELF setting spray. I need it to last for 12 hours and it does when applying it this way.
Blessings OHEMAA~ Read the comments and after listening to you, I’m wondering would a darker shade be your match. Simply because this shade was not off as much as you and the others were saying. The overall look was good and the wear test was just as well really nice.
Heyyyy, I'm a little disappointed. PS himself as a black person (Edit: looks like he's Filipino), even tho his skin is on a lighter spectrum, should know the struggle of finding the right shade match (also on deeper skin), you would think. So I'm kinda disappointed in the fact that he doesn't go as deep. I mean, its been done before by other brands, so I don't think it's an impossible task and just look at his powder foundation. I think that it's a sad thing when even black owned brands don't have deep enough shades. Except for the colour match (and there are definitely worse), the product looks beautiful nonetheless - I love the finish - and you made it work, but do we still need to do this. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but that's something that's bothering me in the beauty industry. 😅🤔
@@HOTANDTOXIC999 Ups, I didn't know that 😅 😂 but I stand with what I said about that he showed he can do it with the powder foundation but didn't do it with that one.

Yaaasssss
I like how you show the value of using a primer for makeup longevity by showing your face half primer and half without primer on a wear test.

Boom and you said better than I could. It works for us as a concealer but not as a foundation
The packaging is nice. It pops like a lotion, very different for makeup.
Packaging is nice for real

Wow. Which shade was your match?

It wore really well but the shade match is the disadvantage. Thanks for sharing! 🤎
I totally agree
The color looks perfect on you…..just gorgeous!

@@Ohemaa Awwwww!! You're so kind!! 💜🙏🏿
God is so good!!!
You make me feel happy every time you upload! 🤗
My favourite by far I absolutely love it
The shade may a lil lighter but it’s not so bad on your face. It’s still kinda matches on your skin.
Thank you for reviewing this product with us. My skin is so oily I may have to give this a try.
It’s definitely good for oily skin and king wearing for sure. Hopefully we will get deeper shades too
Am living for that lip!! The base does look redish 😳 idk not dark enough but it looks pretty nice tho!!!
Thank you 😊
Hi girl...you r gorgeous...loving your different styles lately

It held up very very well. Especially because I was sweating and all. I’m so impressed. More shades is definitely needed
Thanks Ohemaa!
Anytime
Gosh , Ohemaa is back ,i missed you a lot
What? Lol I only missed a day lol
A day is a long time
It looks beautiful on you
Thank you so much 😊
i wonder what do you do w products that doesn't work w you or you don't like. do you give them away? 🥺
I usually send it to another creator or any other creators who ask.

I can’t give an object answer on blurring especially because of the shade different. That was all I noticed
This is a BB cream and not a foundation, it's not meant to be full coverage, it's kind of like a tinted cream.
Don’t matter what you’re doing…. It’s a like for any video before it even shows 😝❤️❤️

It was very very off lol. Compared it to my latest video and let me know your thoughts.
@@Ohemaa you’re right only after viewing your last video. But I cannot say that it did not look nice to me. MY OPINION!
This is a real issue that needs addressing!
Absolutely.
This is why i don't buy certain brands. They claim to have shades and undertones. For all skin types but don't.
But not in a giveaway, I only use new products in hiveaway
@@Ohemaa ok I understand

Patrick Starr is filipino not black, lol.

I definitely feel like we need brands to explain why one product is deep and others are not
Heyyyyyy❤️❤️❤️🥰🤗
Heyyyyyy
Born this way concealer ??
Elf Camo hydrating concealer
Waaaaaaaaayyyyyy too red! Deeper shades should be a standard by now.
It’s not my shade so nothing about it looks right
❤️✨

The bb cream looks orange
It does. It’s not my shade so it looks completely off
You could make the shade work but you shouldn't have to, especially when he has a powder foundation for your shade. Where's the continuity!
Right?
Yeah this is a no, Patrick has to go back to the drawing board.
This shade was definitely not it
