That “tie rod” he means your end link on the front sway bar. Reason why it hasn’t been the biggest problem, lots of drifters completely remove front sway bar I’ll just say that.
Your handling goes to shit if you remove the swaybar, you just slide / snap oversteer everywhere. You adjust the thickness of the swaybars to get the handling like you need it

Johnny, had the same problem with a Tundra, o2 sensor, when they removed it the threads were stripped, to install the sensor, the mechanic used JB wield to install. Never had a problem after that. Oh, just buy a couple of bolts to hold in place. And use electrical tape to secure your bike rack strips from flopping around. 😎

Sometimes certain codes require a full driving cycle meeting certain parameters before it can throw the code again. Certain miles, certain temps, etc. Also, the loose terminal is common. I have two HR Z’s and they both can appear completely tight but won’t start. A little wiggle or adjustment and they start right up.
If you have ace hardware true value or any general smaller hardware store they have a thread pitch diagram you can line the bolt right up to with that and find exactly what you need most of the employees will help you out too
Literally all of my family's cars have check engine lights on lol. I dont think we've ever owned one that doesn't have lights on on the dash. Hang in there man. You'll get there

Man those strut bars are a pain, last night I managed to get 3 from both sides off, but the ones next to the intakes, couldn’t get off, then after removing my intake manifold cover with strut bar on cause i couldn’t get it off, I was able to get the three on from the passenger side, but i couldn’t get any from the driver side. But as long as my car isn’t jacked up in the air, the tension on the strut bar will stay locked down. I also removed my spare tire that was dry rotted for weight reduction. Keep it up man
My HR 2007 used to have the same issues ended up selling it and moving to a 370z because no matter what i couldn’t fix the problems. In fact Hr used to go into limp mode while on the highway. In fact it was bank 2 sensor one and nissan was trying to charge me 5k for new cats etc because they where destroyed. It’s almost like the Z i sold you ended up with.

'Air fuel' sensor is your MAF (you have 2), definitely different than O2 sensors and much more expensive. I would clean MAFs, TBs and perform idle relearn procedure so the ECU is given a chance to work it out. Best case it clears both codes, worst case you know that something downstream (O2 sensors, cats) is faulty. If you smell fuel in-car, your cats are done - or are you running test pipes, and just didn't notice early on?
When I was getting that stutter at the low rpm, it was my throttle body, so I tried fixing it on my own but I didn’t calibrate it so it caused my ecu to unprogram so it was a whole process but I had the same code as you from the previous videos
Had a similar issue. My solution was my traction control was being sensitive and just driving with it off got rid of the limp mode feeling. Give it a try it's $free.99

Another mention: We had to re-tap a header when installing my turbo kit. Even with the manifold off and a 1/2 impact it was insanely difficult to tap, especially straight. I highly recommend taking it off and cooooovering the sensor threads in anti-seize. Bolts for strut tower brace are on Z1, $5 each. “Oem 350z strut tower brace bolt”.

Yes!! That's one thing I've noticed from the Rev-up's muffler delete to this Megan racing exhaust. The Megan racing drones quite a bit more at certain RPM. Also, I never realize how bad the drone is until my passenger or I is on the phone with someone haha appreciate your comment b!

Unfortunately, I've never driven the regular DE; just the Rev-Up version and the Rev-Up feels pretty similar to the HR to be honest! The HR definitely has a bit more power in the top end, and I'd say that's where you feel the difference the most, but overall very similar in feel. Hope to get to drive and compare a regular DE someday! Appreciate your comment Richard!
It’s crazy to think the guy that you got the car of George knew the car has these problems and continues to go on to advertise the car as flawless I think as a shop you should not be scamming people telling them that the car has no issues just by clearing the codes before selling car

Check for vacuum leaks/intake leaks. Had a similar issue with my HR with the Nismo intakes and ended up selling them and getting the Injen long tubes

@JohnnyB. If you ever have to replace that o2 sensor again you'll have to replace the header if you do it that way

Maybe look up for Z's that are being parted out in your area and get the strut bolts from there.

i had the same issue with my 2012 nissan frontier regarding the battery stuff, eneded up replacing the negative terminal and purrs along as always
I have a EML problem as well. Coded come out with 02 sensors problem. Change new one in, the light still come up. Thinking about change new cat 😅
Miss fires can be coil packs.

I have 08 HR 100k miles. Cheap fix o2 spacers to get past cat code. Got mine from blox. Just have to drive 40 miles now after resetting codes
I changed my o2 sensors as well only to find out my cats were bad. Honeycomb inside was loose and wobbling
the 07 HR ECU has bugs related to idle relearn btw

DE lacks every way than the HR, but doesn’t have much issues engine wise.
