  • Thanks to hidden green menu in your Audi A4, A5, A6, A8, Q7 with MMI 2G system, you can activate great features like battery level, oil level, custom splash screen and more. You can even perform coding and adaptation of module 07 - head unit without VAG-COM, VCDS or VAS!
    If you can't get it work, probably you need to enable the hidden menu with VCDS or Vag-Com.

    I have an Audi Q7 3.0 TFSI (2011) and I tried several times the car + setup button trick but it is not working. I only get into the car setup (red menu) but not the hidden menu. Might this be deactivated for the Mexican Audi Q7s as I bought it in Mexico?

      Mac V Sog this hidden menu can be locked and in some cases need to be enabled with diagnostic tool like VCDS, VAG-COM or VAS... Try this: ua-cam.com/video/HMy4uFqzi40/v-deo.html

    +mr-fix Can you advise me on how to program an Audi A4 b8 advanced key as I can use it to start the car but not unlock it and keys are giving off signal?

      Check different remote, check microswitches in the remote, then use VCDS or VAS to code module 46-Central Convenience.

      Check one of my recent videos that will help you to tell which navigation system you have in your car. Once you are sure which system you have, you can find my tutorials for enabling hidden menu.

    and how i add the phone music by source via bleutooth?

      High quality audio streaming via bluetooth (A2DP profile) was never officially available in MMI 2G.
      BUT if you have AMI (Audi Music Interface) then you can install special bluetooth adapter that will play music via bluetooth.

      mr-fix hi, thanks for that, regarding the green menu is it at all possible to access it and change internally the Bluetooth setup? My version is : c6-HU 6350 11.4.0. 0447 and I can't find online anything about it. Sorry for so many questions but I am completely new

    • @mrfixpl
      @mrfixpl  7 років тому

      There's nothing in the hidden menu that will enable music streaming. MMI 2G simply does not support A2DP bluetooth profile, just HFP (hands-free profile) because of software (and most likely hardware) limitations.

    • @mrfixpl

      Valmir Vali press RETURN (MMI 2G) or CAR + RETURN (MMI 3G).
      Or you can just reboot the MMI.

    Hello Mr Fix, would you expect this to work on a 2009 A8? with MMI 3G? thanks

    • @mrfixpl
      @mrfixpl  7 років тому

      Hidden menu key combination is the same for both 2G and 3G systems (as long as you 3G system is using the same key layout).
      If this doesn't work for you, check if your hidden menu was enabled with diagnostic interface first.

  • @Kppot
    @Kppot 7 років тому +1

    AS it's been said it HAS to be enabled with diagnostic VAG device first, so video is pretty useless

    • @mrfixpl
      @mrfixpl  7 років тому +1

      Only if it was disabled by factory first. I've seen several cars with this menu enabled already and not by owners.
