No one can help such customers who do not understand the difference between service and sale. They will not be happy either at the sales point nor at the service centre .Will be in distress and disappointment even after the sales team takes the extra burden of service also to comfort customers. The great thing to notice here is that customers take the help of the sales team after losing the laptop panel screws even. They tend to feel that they have purchased the sales team after buying a laptop and they expect them to bindover. The funniest part is that they even complain of losing their personal data too from the devices .We understand the mind set of such customers as they will try to hamper the businesses with their physical visits at stores and virtually too. We have come up with a healthy plan to deal with such customers. It's all about the mindset.
It's been almost two years since we started the store. Luckily we faced only one such customer.
