Chaplains at Cincinnati Children's are respected and seen as an integral, important part of the care team. They have more to offer than just being a presence. They use spiritual concepts in art, in movement and in drumming to bring patients a different experience. They're there to help people who are dealing with some of the hardest realities of their lives. It is difficult to know what to say when families ask why they're faced with hardships, but chaplains here lean in to help provide comfort and make a difference.
