Usually jinchuriki would die when their biju got removed from their body, and throughout the story ONLY Kushina that still alive and still can move (naruto and gara live cause theyre saved by other people. gaara by chiyo granny and naruto by hagoromo), BUT she is clearly dont have enough cakra to sealed the kyubi again to her body and still alive, even minato who have more cakra left only can seal half of kyubi. even kushina only use one jutsu made her vomit a lot of blood. So even she can do it, she Wont Survive. 3. the only thing she can was to sealed kyubi with her but she would died for that and minato doesnt want that (if you watched this episode you must know cause minato say that clearly).
