There's just too much threats running around that many perfectly good OU mons are losing usage. It's honestly too chaotic for me, maybe they should reduce the cutoff percent (currently 4.52% or smtn)
Deoxys-D being RU doesn't really surprise me too much, since it was RUBL in both gen 8 and 9 NatDex tiers, and Deo-D got nerfed pretty heavily in gen 9 from both moveset cuts and the Recover PP nerf. Deoxys-S being UU is, however, pretty funny. However the combination of booster speed mons everywhere, only base 95 offenses while being frail, and moveset cuts does makes it more sense when thinking about it further. Still pretty good in OU imo, but definitely no where near as good as people thought initially.
Deoxys-D: RU Latios and Garchomp: UU Gliscor and _freaking Alomomola:_ OU If you went back in time, and told the competitive scene back around Gen 3 - 4 that _Pelipper_ and _Torkoal_ would be OU, while Deoxys-Speed would drop to UU, people would think you're smoking something fierce.
Can we just talk about how many Pokemon dropped from the RU tier to the NU tier? If I'm not mistaken, 40 Pokemon dropped from RU to NU. And it's not like only bad Pokemon dropped from the RU tier. There's some pretty solid Pokemon that dropped like Armarogue, Gyarados, Infernape, Slowbro, Swampert, and more. And I have a feeling with how many Pokemon dropped, the same thing might happen again with lots of Pokemon dropping from NU to PU and PU to ZU. Just a hunch though.
its all part of the trend after a bunch of new mons are added mixed with the way mons are tiered being the 4.52% usage. In this case it's all from dlc 2. The big group has been slowly trickling down month by month, April it'll be PU and then ZU in May

FFS, just ban Tera. The game alternates between hyper offense Yu-Gi-Oh coin flip gameplay, and absurd stall to counter every possibility. No game plans, no thoughtful gameplay. Just coin flipping at one another or stalling turns. It's all because you can't predict Tera. There are meta types, but they aren't required. It takes all skill out of the game and turns it into who was luckier that time. You can still be good, but my days of 87-90 GXE are long gone. It's simply not possible to be that consistent.
Yet some people prefer it more, because its not like megas where only a few select mons get, yeah and? Like bro, that doesn't matter because only a few select mons get to abuse tera to its full potential as well.
